Having over 38 years' experience of working in diverse industry verticals (banks, lenders, telcos, credit unions), the division supports over 100,000 users in managing $5 trillion debt .   The Position – Project Manager/Scrum Master (Cloud) C&R Software seeks an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead cross-functional delivery initiatives across Cloud Operation teams and stakeholders . The role involves managing projects of varying durations, scopes, and methodologies, requiring strong technical delivery expertise and familiarity with cloud/AWS ecosystems. The candidate must facilitate collaboration, optimize resources, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt and costs. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with a leadership mindset, are essential for success in this role. Primary Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities , providing leadership and organization while addressing details as needed. Mobilize regional and global teams to address challenges in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity constraints. Compile and present project/program reports, coordinate schedules, lead meetings, and resolve technical, functional, and organizational issues. Communicate frequently with stakeholders , senior management, and clients; analyze new requirements and define project scope, deliverables, and activities.   Qualifications, Skills & Experience - BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a technical delivery position . Overall IT industry experience of over 10 years - Bilingual/Professional English proficiency - Proficient with MSO applications (Word, PowerPoint, Project) & Jira,Confluence/SharePoint - Knowledge of AWS and SaaS implementations - Experience supporting and documenting IT projects Preferred Additional skills - Experience with automated project management tools - PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP and/or ITIL certifications -5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
