About the Role The Project Manager for Transformation Projects is responsible for leading and managing projects that drive organizational transformation. This role ensures that transformation initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The Project Manager will focus on the people's side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Initiation & Planning:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets.Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies2. Execution & Monitoring:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of transformation projects, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify any deviations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and changes.3. Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.Foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent communication andunderstanding of project status and changes.Gather feedback and ensure that project outcomes align with stakeholder expectations.4. Change Management:
Collaborate with Change Management teams to develop and implement change strategies.Ensure that change initiatives are integrated into project plans and communicated effectively to all relevant parties.Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.5. Closure:
Ensure that project outcomes meet original objectives and business requirements.Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement and lessons learned.Document and communicate project results and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
