We are looking for a PX Partner Lead to oversee all humanresources operations and ensure they're aligned with our companygoals. As PX Partner Lead we expect that you provide strategic adviceand guidance acting as a consultant on human resources management andorganizational changes. - Consult with line management and providedaily HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics on attrition

- Identify training needs for teams andindividuals.
- Evaluate training programs.

- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- Demonstrableexperience with metrics.
- Experience within the IT Industry.Experience as a team coordinator will be an asset.
