This role is crucial in driving our market expansion, optimizing operations, and identifying new business opportunities in the scaffolding industry across the Latin American region.**Responsibilities**:**Market Analysis**:- Conduct and build on current comprehensive market analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights, to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.- Provide insightful reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending strategic initiatives.**Operations**:- Evaluate and analyze operational product mix and performance- Monitor and aid in intercompany material exchange**Business Development**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.- Support the identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.- Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations to drive business development efforts.**Qualifications**:- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or similar role. Experience within the scaffolding industry or related construction field is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Willingness to travel within the Latin American region as required.Additional InformationWe offer- Remuneration in line with the market- Fixed term contract, with the possibility of indefinite term- Great work environment
