Remote Outbound Supplier Enablement Representative

**Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Research, qualify and enroll our customers' suppliers in MineralTree's virtual card payment program and supplier network through heavy outbound calling- Educate the supplier on the value of accepting virtual cards- Identify and overcome objections through active listening, and effective and professional communication- Guide the supplier through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience- Efficiently and accurately gather all required data from the supplier to finalize the enrollment process, while demonstrating a strong attention to detail- Consistently exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals, while maintaining a high-level customer experience- Ability to consistently stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and exceeding enrollment and performance metrics with mínimal daily supervision- Cross-train on other Payment Optimization & Payment Operations team functions as needed- Critically evaluate the business processes related to the role, and suggest improvements where needed- Help train new members of this quickly growing team- #Li-Remote
