Afrox, a Linde company**Retail Centre Representative**King Sobhuza II, Matsapha, Eswatini | req15656**What you will enjoy doing**- As Retail Centre Representative, you are responsible for carrying out sales tasks while focusing on achieving agreed sales targets, for example when utilizing cross selling and upselling skills to maximize sales- You will be assisting with both, planning and preparation of sales promotions, as well as calling on customers and loading of cylinders or welding items is an important part of your working routine- Professionally, you deal with customers, generate accurate and timeous quotations, maintain the image of the center to standard and process all transactions accurately, while adhering to all statutory and safety requirements as to security procedures- The provision of prompt and accurate pricing information in accordance with customer category is part of your responsibilities- As you complete telequeries for all non-conformities, you also assist with the finding of long-term solutions for problems raised- Dealing with documentation, submitting in time for payment purposes and maintaining stock on shelves and replenish are conscientiously managed by you- Proactively you follow SHEQ standards and operating procedures**What makes you great**- A matric certificate could successfully be achieved by you- You gained at least four (4) years of experience in a related retail/ industrial selling environment- Knowledge of Afrox systems, products, policies and procedures is part of your portfolio and you own a valid code 08 driver's license- As a team player, you possess great communication and administration skills, a high computer literacy as well as a very good command of English- In addition, skills in cross cultural communication and cooperation, customer focus, negotiation, conflict resolution and business acumen are desirable**Why you will love working with us**Afrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
