Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify inbound leads through "warm" calling (30 leads per day) with timely followups
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs: revenue conversion rate close rate
Proactively participate in team training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and submit regular reports
Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data (Kommo CRM)
Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 1 years in remote sales and customerfacing roles Excellent communication in English (level C1C2) and Ukrainian/Russian Proven successful track record in B2C sales Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in using AI CRMs dashboards analytics tools and other software
