This role would be leading the execution and delivery of software releases in a Scaled Agile development environment. As our new Product Owner, you will be responsible for the design, usability, quality and delivery of a key financial services product on Google Cloud Platform. You will use your understanding of both the engineering and business sides of the product to represent the end user's needs, serving as a bridge between our technical teams and stakeholders across the company. _**What you'll do**:- Leading and motivating the Agile development team, maximizing the value of the product and effective management of the product backlog- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout a project, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to identify, review and refine functional and non-functional requirements- Coordinating with product management to develop specifications and User Stories that satisfy business requirements and align with the business value, ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on**What experience you need**:- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a **Product Owner/IT business analysis**- BA or BS degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience- 3+ years of experience with **Product & Technology Roadmap development **through influence of key business and technology partners to identify business priorities- 3+ years of experience with Agile management tools as as **Aha, JIRA or TFS****What could set you apart**:- Agile/SCRUM and/or PO certifications- A solid understanding of BigData / distributed systems- Experience defining REST API specifications using OpenAPI- Excellent leadership and motivational skills- Possesses an inquisitive and creative mindset with a shown ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value is desiredWe offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, paid time off, and potential for organizational growth through our online learning platform, with guided career paths.Equifax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
