Service Specialist English Advanced

Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Service Specialist for an important company in the Industrial sector located in Santiago.As a Service Specialist you will be responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of the technical service area.**Main responsibilities**: Responsible for remote or in-person service support, including technical deliveries and advice to the distributor. Coordinate the relationship between distributor and factory, tracking sales reports and auditing the guarantees and problems associated with them. Check availability of spare parts, entering queries related to spare parts to the ERP. Relation with distributor, clients, and key accounts. Communication with factory, among other interlocutors. Manage and supervise team of service technicians, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources to provide quality service and meet established deadlines. Coordinate and schedule service team activities to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Analyze and solve complex technical problems, providing effective and lasting solutions to our clients. Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Collaborate closely with sales and production departments to provide integral service and maximize customer satisfaction. Participate in design and implementation of technical service strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.**Requisitos**:Graduated in Mechanical Engineering At least 5 or 10 years of experience in technical service Experience in service workshops, handling engines, transmission systems or hydraulic systems, handling and managing service manuals. Experience in machinery, agricultural, industrial and/or truck companies.
