In addition to a full summer of Young Life camping, SharpTop Cove is privileged to host over 40 Young Life groups and 40 churches, schools and para-church organizations throughout the school year. In a family-like community, our staff share great friendship with each other and with our Young Life field friends. All SharpTop Cove staff live in the towns surrounding camp as there is no camp housing available.- Must be capable of spending most of the workday standing or walking.- Must be adaptable to all work environments, inside and out.- Must be capable of working on projects over/above head, as well as bending, kneeling, crawling in/around attics, crawl spaces, etc.- Capable of digging, shoveling and raking various compounds.- We prepare an environment to exper
