At **Netquest**, we are looking for a** Solution Expert** fluent in** English **to join our team in Santiago, Chile.We are looking for a proactive, with a strong passion for problem-solving and high interest in market research industry, to develop his/her career in the digital marketing and consumer panels.In this role you will drive sales globally for passively collected information with shared responsibility of the Sales Team for the commercial activities and results with a complete understanding and belief in Netquest value proposition and culture.As** Solution Expert** at Netquest your responsibilities will be:- Be the company passively collected data representative in direct client relationships, at conferences and exhibitions, and where appropriate at industry bodies.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, case studies, and a variety of marketing tools to generate leads and acquire new business.- Build strong long-term relationships based on trust, technological innovation and excellent service.- Detect ourlients´ needs before they do. Create and explore new opportunities for (passively collected data), pursue further discussions and ensure that our clients understand how Netquest can satisfy their needs.- Promote client up-selling Provide business intelligence and competitive intelligence in designated area to Senior Management and Marketing- Develop, manage and drive Sales activities for e-commerce, digital behavior, audio content recognition and geolocation data- Support budget and account planning for profitable growth and sustainability- Meet shared sales budget expectations according to plan- Support local sales teams in uncovering business opportunities, support sales pitches in person, provide relevant proposals and underlying sales materials- Provide day-to-day excellent client support- BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on social sciences, marketing, math, statistics or similar- **English advanced (spoken and written)**:- At least 2 years of experience in client management within Market Research or Data related industries- Proven track record of success in sales of data and services, or in a related pre-sales role- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, especially for (data products and/or e-commerce- Able and willing to dive deeply into the technical, organizational and commercial aspects of passively collected data- Results oriented individual, able to detect and prospect new business opportunities- Ability to interact with a multicultural team.**Ideally, you will also have knowledge or experience with**:- Consumer Panel or Digital Marketing- R, SQL (desirable)
