**Job Title**: Sr. Telecommunication Engineering Specialist**Location: Merritt Island, FL****Term**: Full Time**Clearance Level**:Public Trust**Job Summary**Centuria Corporation is seeking a Senior Telecommunication Engineering Specialist to support NASA Kennedy Space Center in support of Network & Telecom Services, Mission Imagery, and Network, Transport, and Data Distribution.**Responsibilities**:- Design or configure voice, video, and data communications systems. Supervise installation and post-installation service and maintenance for NASA Kennedy Space Center.- Provide engineering design and development expertise in support of the communications infrastructure modernization efforts.- Review current voice, video, data communication systems.- Make recommendations and procedures for removing antiquated voice, video, data communications for seamless transitions to current and future systems.- Develop Designs and configurations and methods of procedure for the configuration and implementation of voice, video, and data communications systems. Include redundancy plans to mitigate against single points of failure.- Supervise installation and post-installation service and maintenance methods of procedures.- Provide engineering leadership with proposed third-party vendors design and development expertise in support of the communications infrastructure modernization efforts.**Job Requirements**:- 10+ years of experience in relevant related IT functional areas- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience- Minimum of 8 years of diverse experience solving complex design engineering or functional business problems for modern complex integrated solutions- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the following specific areas of expertise: advanced system architecture, hardware technologies, advanced program management, performance measurement, and communications; applied physics; computer generated imagery; digital/analog systems; human factors engineering; computer simulation; electronic sensor technologies; and ERP integration to other NASA systems- Must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
