Strategic Finance, GTM
This pillar of the Strategic Finance team is focused on driving growth across our Enterprise GTM (Go-to-market) teams. We partner with Sales, CSG, & RevOps leadership to ensure we are maximizing our revenue growth in an efficient manner. We provide broad finance support to questions such as understanding ROI for a new motion, what uplifts can we expect from Y, etc.
Strategic Finance, Self-Serve & AI
This pillar of the Strategic Finance team is focused on driving growth within the Self-Serve business and validating Airtable's AI strategy. We cross-functionally partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to capture down-market demand and increase adoption of Airtable. Success is defined as winning and retaining customers by enabling them to stand up sticky workflows through speed and convenience.
What you'll do Build detailed financial models from scratch to enable business planning and strategic decision making Support executive-level decision making with thorough ROI analysis Conduct contribution margin analysis to understand segment profitability over time Establish excellent cross-functional relationships across all parts of the Company to deliver data-driven insights Own creation of key analyses for quarterly Board meetings Remain flexible and willing to wear multiple hats in support of high importance, ad hoc leadership requests Who you are 2+ year of experience in one of: corporate/strategic finance, sales strategy & operations, investment banking, or consulting Exceptional analytical skills with experience building financial models and forecasts Excellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analyses to executives/senior management clearly and concisely Highly curious and strong ability to work independently, thriving in a fast-paced, always-changing environment Collaborative working style with an ability to consider all stakeholder needs Experience with Salesforce, financial planning (i.e., Pigment) and/or data visualization tools a plus Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.
