Job descriptionJob description**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**This position is remote. The order processing department is responsible for analyzing, processing, and placing orders with suppliers, following up with orders, accounting follow-up, and resolving issues that might happen during the order lifetime. A big part of the process is related to communication with suppliers, gathering all needed information, troubleshooting, and negotiating deals.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Analysis of requests for outgoing communication with suppliers, suppliers contact, fulfillment of all inquiries related to suppliers such as price&stock information gathering, confirmations and tracking numbers gathering, invoices gathering, problems solving, and better prices gathering.Analysis of outgoing communication requests with suppliers, contacting suppliers through necessary means to fulfill all inquiries related to suppliers such as gathering price&stock information for Orders and Automated Quotes, gathering confirmations and tracking numbers and invoices from the suppliers, resolving problems with suppliers, and negotiating better deals with suppliers.**KPI and CHARTS**Processing team KPI, cancelation rate chart, supplier inquiries chart.**Other**Participation in SMI programs, team meetings, team trainings, personal grow trainings.**Shift**:8 hours a day, Monday - Friday**Salary**:$4.5 per hour*Rate can be changed based on contractor performance and/or position change**Salary**: 4 263CLP per hour**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to 682 113CLP per month**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to $682,113 per month**Language**:- English (required)
