Work with us. ¡Grow with us!**Descripción del puesto**:The manager of Talent Management, Acquisition, Certified, Learning & Development provides technical direction, leadership, and staff supervision involved in the planning, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of talent programs & services for thee counties in Latam Region (Chile, Perú & Argentina). This high-touch with internal customer's position, reports to the CoE Latam Director and dotted line to PAC HR Lead, develops and implements talent strategies and manages the talent functions to achieve business growth.Main areas of responsibility may include:**Talent management**- Leading annual Leadership Meetings for performance and potential evaluation through the discussion and development of key talent according to corporate guidelines to ensure business continuity.- Developing, implementing and evaluating leadership programs for company's corporate levels to support the development of Key Talent.- Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as in company development programs (coaching, mentoring, career acceleration programs), succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes and so on.- Designing and implement talent management, team development and leadership development interventions that support the business strategy.- Functioning as point of contact with regional and global team in new tools and functionalities, definition of processes and projects and how they will be executed in the country to guarantee the correct communication and information of all the partners involved.- Developing communication and marketing methods in educating employees on talent management programs, tools and resources.- Creating and measure Talent Management KPIs through dashboards where databased decisions and insights could be made of the effectiveness and efficiency of different programs and interventions.**Talent Acquisition**- Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong qualified talent pool, delivering a high- Providing comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy to meet demand plan, based on market knowledge/research, external network (Universities, Institutions, etc), and existing internal programs.- Designing and developing innovative and high affect Young Talent programs and processes align with local and Global requirements and needs.- Responsibilities include and not limited to managing requisitions, updating, and managing ATS, achieving recruiting metrics and reporting key accomplishments.- Manage Headcount approvals locally in the cluster and then ensure Latam approval.**Certified, Learning & Development**- Plan & Implement Certified, Learning & Development initiatives for the business / departments, if required, adapt the plans to suit immediate requirements- Supervisory to Deliver learning programs/solutions as per training goals (English program, study scholarships, corporate scholarships)- Sharpen the knowledge and skills of certified and other training facilitators**Requisitos**:**Skills and Specifications**- Ability to demonstrated leadership and employing solid decision-making skills.- Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.- Ability to influence professionals of senior management level.- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.- Capacity to develop innovative and non-conventional solutions for traditional problems.- Availability to Hybrid work, based in Santiago de Chile, and with availability for travel in the regions occasionally.- Bilingual (Spanish & English)- Experience in Talent Management and Acquisition.- Experience developing strategies in alignment with companie's wide strategies and goals.- Experience managing highly effective teams.**Education and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.- Desirable Master's or Post-graduate degree in Human resources or Talent Management.¡Tendrás la oportunidad de pertenecer a una organización global con un enfoque en el desarrollo constante, esto abre las puertas al crecimiento profesional tanto en el país como el extranjero!**¡La Diversidad es nuestra fuerza!**Como empresa global, valoramos la diversidad de nuestros colaboradores como una verdadera fuerza, y esta fuerza la utilizamos para que todos podamos
