This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism, while interacting with a diverse team.Please ensure that you upload an English version of your resume / What You'll Do Supervise the Chile tax team and company's indirect taxes including sales, use, accommodation, hotel/motel, transient occupancy, room, gross receipts.Manage teams' cadence to ensure deadlines are met.Monitor and assist with team tickets, emails, and notices.Improve the efficiency of tax processes and controls through technology.Research tax concepts and apply them to tax fillings and processes.Actively evaluate information for hospitality filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review complex/intermediate work and guide tax accountants.Ensure team's compliance with SOX controls, team procedures, and company policies.Help set team goals and team metrics.Meet with team members weekly and mentor career growth.Support various business initiatives to assist with growth and indirect tax compliance.Educate and train team members on various indirect tax concepts.Other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
