Due to the company's continued successes with our Health IT and Data Platform products, we are looking to add to our 15-person international Recruitment team, starting on a 6 month contract.This position will be responsible for a variety of open positions, including (but not limited to) technical, implementation, administrative, and sales roles. As a core principal, InterSystems is focused on quality of hire rather than speed of hire. As a result, Recruitment responsibilities are much more strategic than transactional. Responsibilities Implementation of sourcing strategies to generate multiple candidate pools concurrently across several countries Chile, Brazil and Colombia.Ensure hiring manager and interviewer preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionallyEvaluate candidate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer generation and offer acceptance/declinesPartner with hiring managers and senior management to negotiate offers, understand business requirements, provide market guidance and to refine Recruitment priorities.Improve the hiring experience with Recruitment's stakeholdersRepresent InterSystems as an employer of choice at local events Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish required3+ years Recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment.
