He/she is responsible for training and accompanying the dealer's personnel for the implementation of programs that can be applicable in Chile.**Main Activities**:- Review the contents of the courses and/or material to adapt them to the Chilean market, including translations, according to the requirements of the sector and the client.- Conduct 100% of the virtual training before giving the classroom training and must be fluent in the native language and English.- Guarantee the availability of the necessary elements and equipment for the development of the training.- Conduct periodic competency evaluations of the dealer network to classify them according to the certification of the Ford training matrix.- In charge of conducting technical training according to the Ford training matrix, courses in electricity, electronics, transmissions, engines, chassis, suspension, etc.**Qualifications**- Experience as automotive technical instructor- Medium-high level of English- Advanced knowledge of vehicles and knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles.- Office package management- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
