Ux Designer

The team is using Sketch, Invision, and Miro extensively.**Responsibilities**:Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization such as Engineering,Product and Senior Management.Conduct field studies, surveys, define journeys, create personas, identify design and usability issues.Provide user-centered data driven designs, rapidly test and integrate research findings through an iterative design process for continual improvement.Translate highly complex issues into simple, focused solutions that appeal to a diverse range of customers.Create all required design deliverables and artifacts - sketches, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, corresponding visual assets, documentation and specifications for proper implementation.Must Have:BA/BS degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in product user experience.A portfolio demonstrating experience designing interactions and interfaces.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines.A motivated self-starter able to function independently and also in a highly collaborative team environment.Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision and Adobe Creative Cloud.Nice to Have:Exposure to Lean UX**What do we offer?**- Attractive compensation package- Possibility to work remotely (in some locations)- Training & Development- Home Office- Flex shifts- Nice workspaces and brand new offices- And so much more Onsite benefitsLI-Remote
