**Description**:**About Nerdy**:**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of full-time, professional UX design experience- Experience designing for mobile experiences on iOS and Android- Undergraduate degree in design or portfolio school certification- Portfolio demonstrating mobile-first product design problems and their solutions- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite- Familiarity with material design guidelines and principles- Knowledge/understanding of UX design best practices and user-centered design process- Proven ability to take direction, remain organized, and communicate effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and an understanding that the best ideas can come from anyone, not just designers- Ability to gracefully receive constructive feedback- Eagerness to learn and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesLike the rest of the team, this role requires juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
