Virtual Client Success Manager (Remoto-Chile)

This a virtual role that must be completed during business hours in the EST time zone.You will have full accountability for managing the deliverables for our customers. A key aspect of the role includes liaising with various departments to ensure the service delivery commitments the company has made to our customers are fulfilled.You'll be a skilled communicator and storyteller who inspires and motivates others through infectious positivity, passion, and enthusiasm, while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity of doing what's right for our customers and team members.Have experience in Project ManagementBe able to create and maintain systems for tracking the progress of projectsProvide bi-weekly updates to ClientsSending Client projects to various departments for completionResponsibilities include:Establishing a relationship that works to ensure Client retention and overall satisfactionActing as a liaison between departments and the Client with a focus on clear communicationDeveloping success plans for Client satisfaction and retentionBe a champion of world-class customer/client service; deliver high-quality customer experience at every contact pointTrack development of campaigns and progress towards sales goalsWork with the Campaign Managers and executive team to identify/resolve all issues that could impact satisfactionPrioritizing and driving resolution of Client issues**Qualifications**:College degree or equivalent work experience3 or more years of experience in managementStrong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and project management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers remotely or via zoomHave excellent customer service skillsGood sense of curiosity with genuine desire to learnConfident working in a fast-moving environmentMust be well organized and understand process documentation and flow charts.To apply, send your CV and an explanation for why you think you'd do well in this role.**PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS LINK**:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $400,000 - $430,000 per month
