FUNCTIONS We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a company in the industrial/mining supplier sector based in Santiago, Chile.Main responsibilities:- Development of Commercial Strategies- Sales Management- Market Analysis- Customer Development- Team Management- Achievement of Objectives- Development of Commercial Proposals- Customer Management and After-Sales Service- Reporting and Analysis- Budget and Expense/Cost Control- Financial Planning- Resource OptimizationRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business, with an MBA.- 8+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in similar managerial roles.- Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, Power BI, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).- Advanced level of English- Extensive network of industry contacts, particularly in mining.The company offers:- Fixed monthly salary at market rates + attractive annual bonuses- Real possibility of taking on a higher responsibility position in the short term- Excellent working environment, direct contact with partners and company directors- Parking Apply nowLooking for the best qualified professionals?
