A graduate degree in hotel management or MBA is a plus.- Previous experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience in management positions, including experience as a hotel manager for international chains.- Solid knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software, Opera and F&B sales management systems preferred.- Experience in budget management and financial knowledge.**Disclaimer **This job posting is for a position at a hotel that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
