**Type of position**: Regular**An overview of your future role at BBA**Join BBA and make the most of your experience by leading two major areas: human resource management and talent acquisition. You'll be the human resources professional providing both a practical and advisory role to the local BBA Flow Partners Santiago office. You'll be supported by colleagues from our corporate head office, based in Montreal, Québec, Canada.You'll provide support in recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, total rewards, performance management and the creation and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
