Internal Recruiter - Santiago Chile

**Internal Recruiter****Company and Location**:- Boutique recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries in the United States- Looking for a Recruiter to join our off-shore team in Santiago, Chile**Main Responsibilities**:- Set up interviews upon request- Confirm resources for assignments- Update applicant tracking and submission systems**Requirements**:- Motivated, organized and able to multitask- Self-driven and collaborative team player- Solid computer skills- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English- Living in Santiago and authorized to work in Chile- Available to work full time (40 hours a week) Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hours**Preferred Qualifications**:- University degree- Relevant work experience- Knowledgeable in information technology**Compensation**:- Base salary of $600.000 CLP with additional commissions and bonuses.- High potential to earn total pay of $1.500.000-$2.000.00+ CLP as you continue to build your book of business**Please submit resumes in English - Spanish language resumes will not be considered.
