Senior Operations Manager

1. Operations Management_- Manages the Operations area and secures timely delivery within the quality parameters. Defines procedures and action plans to improve the service in order to meet the needs of the customers, according to internal policies and strategies.- 2. Technical Services_- Controls open orders, secures their fulfillment and the quality of the services from the time the order is closed to the product delivery.- Supervises and makes sure that all orders entered in the system follow the appropriate procedures, and that the orders are received.- Manages the consignment and lending with customers.- 3. Inventory_- Manages operations to ensure efficient inventory management, as well as forecasting demand.- Ensures the control and effectiveness of the documentation process.- 4. Training_- Acts as a guide for the coordination of the logistics with the distributors, so that they can learn about our products and operations.- 5. Quality Assurance_- Responsible for following the process associated with service (OWL) and quality (SUPER) complaint systems, including communication with representatives of the factory in question, customers and customer service team in order to identify and implement corrective actions.- Helping distributors and sales team to meet the quality requirements of the company, and reviewing complaint handling processes, and internal and quality audits.- 6. CER Preparation_- Timely reviewing, drafting and justifying CER for the country with the correct documentation.- 7. Open Orders_- Responsible for keeping open orders at the minimum level required while ensures effective delivery of the products.- 8.
