As a Cataract Refractive Manager supporting Surgical Sales Family, you will be trusted to work on promoting, growing, and supporting Alcon's cataract refractive products that include advanced technology lens implants, patient pay, and non-covered services, diagnostic equipment and surgical equipment in both Clinic and OR settings in Pensacola, Florida (Remote). In this role, a typical day will include:- Achieve assigned sales quota annually-- Ability to plan and successfully complete equipment demo presentations with targeted clinic, surgeons, and staff- Display strong intuition for business skills with Alcon discount programs when converting new or growing existing revenue- Perform educational presentations with small/large clinics and organizations to discuss improving patient outcomes with sophisticated technologies- Work collaboratively with all other Alcon sales professionals in efforts to strengthen Alcon portfolio- Demonstrate an independent and consultative value based sales approach to selling advanced technology lens implants, Clinic/OR related equipment, and patient education programsWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English- 2 Years of Relevant ExperienceHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:- Manage your own workload and schedule while hitting your set targets- Balance experiencing new environments and working autonomously in a remote sales environment- Relocation assistance is available
